The worst kind of love is falling for them slowly, where day by day fragments of their smile build your heart, until you realize what it is. It’s the worst, because when they leave it’s like a part of yourself left too. That part of your heart built just for them is ripped as they walk away without ever looking back.
I believe you can love someone, but not like them. You love them for the person they were when they were with you, and for how they made you feel at one point.
You still love them and you might always, but you can still not like them. Their personality might have changed. They might have gone the wrong way and lost themselves. Or they might have just given up. It can happen.
